How you can donate items

You can donate items in a number of ways.  Please be aware that donated items must be good quality, although we can accept non-working electrical items (such as TVs) as long as they are not damaged.

Furniture – collections

We can collect furniture in most areas of Neath Port Talbot, The Vale and Swansea counties.  Please fill out the donate form.

Smaller Items

You can bring the items to any of our locations (Neath, Barry or Briton Ferry) where a member of our team will check that they meet our quality standards.

Things to consider when donating

Thank-you for taking the time to donate your items. Please do not be offended if we cannot accept your items as we only reject items for good reasons.

• Upholstered furniture, such as sofa’s, must have fire safety labels.  This is a legal requirement.
• We can accept electrical items that are working or not, but they cannot be damaged.
