Do you enjoy chatting to people on Messenger?

Online selling is fairly new to Enfys, so we are constantly evolving our processes.  We aim to offer excellent customer service which means answering messages quickly and accurately, with a smile!  This role can be carried out at home or in our shop in Swansea Enterprise Park.  Our goal is to be able to answer messages 7 days a week between 9am and 9pm.

You need to be familiar with messenger, have reasonable spelling, and a positive, happy attitude.

Our Volunteer Manager will be on hand to train and help you.
