Are you sure that there are 60 seconds in one minute? I was surprised to learn that for some prepaid phone card providers a minute - just 36 seconds. According to the assertion done by some IDT corporation, lots of calling card corporations are taking part in unfair rivalry. As some companies-providers of prepaid phone cards resorted to the unfair rivalry actions, IDT/UTA (Union Telecard Alliance) decided to exonerate their privileges utilizing the legal ways.

According to IDT press research, some of their rivals only provide 60 percent of the advertised minutes to the client. Recently Total Call International and IDT/UTA was blamed for illegitimate procedures by the group of phone companies which included IDT Telecom Inc. and LLC. It is the fourth group of defendants that have settled the litigation initiated by IDT/UTA. Epana Networks, Inc., Dollar Phone Corp. and related structures, and Locus Telecommunications, Inc are also involved into the trial. That incomplete action is being on approval in the federal court in Newark, New Jersey. To make everybody know the new phone facility conditions and payment methods, one of the companies announced the advertising notice on their blog. From now on any user will independently determine the size of the minute, not to pay for the minutes he doesn't use.
