There are many methods to determine the structure of protein, but the most suitable is x-ray analysis. Protein crystallography is considered to be just a part of x-ray crystallography but it is truly important. The protein is such a complicated matter which has ternary structure, but it's become known just after the study of the secondary structure of protein. Sometimes, on the basis of protein crystallography information it is possible do define the protein quaternary texture, but it is not always the case. The capability of protein texture describing depends from lots of various factors. Folding of protein is the cardinal structural characteristic of protein molecule. Nowadays lots of scientists try to carry out the intensive research of the proteins. They have already tested thoroughly that all the important information of protein can be found in its basic texture or in protein succession.
