To oppose that influx of vogue, I came up with some obvious reasons for human resource managers to say “no” to trendy employee management software tools.
Reason 1: You must pay for it. Almost all obtainable employee management software is payware. The setting up fee is not the full charge, you may have to pay for support, maintenance and updates. A lot of people just do not notice the price of that kind of programs. Pay for the software only in case when you are sure that it can pay for itself, otherwise, look for the better solutions.
